Lower Keys Travel Labor and Delivery RN Start: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights (7p-7a) Requirements: Must have at least 2 prior travel assignments, L&D postpartum, nursery, Mother/Baby. Flexible to float to other units as facility needs apply. Job Requirements
The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing during the antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phase of Obstetrical care to Labor and Delivery patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
