Harlem near Upper Manhattan & Yankee Stadium Work in a community health setting with Open Access hours, same-day appointments, and walk-in availability. Our clients are chronically ill with HIV, HCV, heart disease. lung disease and severe and persistent mental illness. Over 75% of the patient population is homeless or marginally housed. The psychiatrist will serve as the collaborating MD for a full-time psychiatric nurse practitioner. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Experience with electronic medical record system (eCW preferred, but not required) Experience in Addiction Medicine a plus Experience with HIV/AIDS and homeless populations Spanish speaking is a plus Knowledgeable of and comfortable in a multi-serve community based organization practicing harm reduction principles.
