As our expansion continues, we're on the hunt for an adept recruiter who can streamline our hiring process. This individual will be instrumental in the pre-screening process, meticulously evaluating potential candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring we onboard the best talent to maintain our strong reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Assist with employee relations matters as needed
- Support succession planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
