The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing and reviewing various documents, assisting with UI tax account management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: Answer the Universal Call Distribution (UCD) line, providing technical assistance to employers, employer representatives, and other agency staff regarding online filing, registration issues, and username/password problems. Review incoming documents, correspondence, Quarterly Wage Reports (QWRs), and checks for completeness and accuracy, and ensure timely processing. Locate account numbers and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely processing of QWRs. Review and amend 050 forms and Certificates as needed, ensuring they are properly routed to the Administrative Assistant for timely mailing. Establish and update UI tax accounts based on provided instructions, applying suspense and wage reports as indicated. Process elects/mandatory rate transfers and successorships (partial or full) as well as other related transactions, ensuring proper documentation. Establish accounts related to payment option changes, liquidation, and SUTA Dumping Legislation. Generate and distribute employer correspondence related to rate transfers and other relevant matters. Verify historical data to ensure it matches the documentation on file and meets Tax Performance Standards. Review the Daily Accounts Processed Report to validate employer account data, including establishments, inactivations, and terminations. Review monthly reports to ensure LMIS approval flags are properly checked and ensure all accounts are reviewed for zero reports filed or insufficient wage data. Ensure accurate and timely updates are made to the employer accounts and data. Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle complex technical issues and provide clear guidance to clients. Knowledge of unemployment insurance tax regulations and processes is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in administrative support or tax-related fields is a plus. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year experience in general office may be substituted for education.
