How you will make history here...

Provides administrative and clerical staff support to organizational unit. Plans and schedules meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Responds to calls and organizes paper and electronic files.

What you will do...


* Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an

assigned organizational unit.
* Organizes and maintains record and file systems (electronic and paper).
* Answers and routes telephone calls.
* Processes and distributes incoming mail.
* Prepares correspondence.
* Serves as administrative liaison with others internally and outside the

organization regarding issues related to purchasing, facilities, and

operations. (A/P)
* Maintains office equipment; arranges for equipment repair and maintenance.
* Orders office supplies.
* Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and

prepares facilities.
* Maintains daily meeting calendars.
* Conducts research; compiles and prepares statistical reports as instructed.
* Assists with budget preparation and control.
* Organize events at the site.
* Assist with recruitment events (to include New Hire Orientation)
* Minor project management
* Work with vendors Company store management
* May perform other duties as required.
* Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

* 3+ years of administrative experience required in warehouse, distribution

center or manufacturing environment; HS diploma or GED required.

* Somewhat independent; work frequently done independently by following

practices and procedures while occasionally having work checked. May be

privy to confidential information, finances, and personnel issues.

* Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical

journals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Good

Customer Service Skills.

* Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts,

and draw valid conclusions. Uses intuition and experience to complement

data. Ability to exercise discretion while managing confidential information.

* Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word Processing software, Proficient in MS

Excel, and Internet software.

* Associate's degree preferred.

Physical Demands:
* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to

talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
* The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and walk.
* Some OT may be required.

Work Environment:
* Office environment: noise level is usually moderate but may need to

occasionally do tasks in the warehouse.

Travel Required:
* Travel is not required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$36,600-$52,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
