Main Functions:
  • Daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Filtering data
  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Process month and year end process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, check runs, debt activity.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Process high volume transactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Yearly audits

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in process is preferred
  • Advanced level in Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
