Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Product Engineering Manager to oversee Product Quality & Reliability in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for product reliability and quality.

  • Lead and manage product reliability initiatives.

  • Develop and implement reliability testing strategies.

  • Analyze field and warranty data to identify and address reliability issues.

  • Conduct FMEA, root cause analysis, and reliability testing (e.g., accelerated life testing).

  • Manage project plans, resources, and budgets for successful product launches.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.

  • 8+ years in reliability engineering, with leadership experience.

  • Experience leading FMEA and reliability testing is required

  • Experience interpreting and applying results from simulations and tests.

  • Appliance Manufacturing background is strongly preferred

  • Reliability engineering certification (e.g., CRE) is a plus.

Our client offers:

  • Annual base salary in the 120,000-135,000 range

Pay Details: 120,000.00 to 140,000.00 per year
