UAT Tester Job at Tandym Group in Maryland Heights

We have a current opportunity for a UAT Tester on a contract basis. The position will be based in Maryland Heights, MO on a hybrid basis. For further information about this position please apply.

Responsibilities:

• The UAT Tester will:Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems.
• Establish specifications and objectives based on business requirements and cost effectiveness; provide recommendations to management personnel.
• Collaborate with management in solution development and design.
• Develop test plans and coordinate software testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in UAT testing
• Experience reading requirements and building test cases
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Working knowledge of cable television operations, processes and billing systems
• Excellent presentation skills with small- to medium-sized groups
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Experience with ALM and Jira
