Summary:
We are currently looking foraProduct Application Specialisttoworkfor an industry leading manufacturerintheOrlandoarea. In this role, youwillprovide ongoing supportto fieldrepresentativesin the HVAC industryto assist inquotes as well asanswering technical questions.This is aDIRECT HIRErole that is available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing,realtimeassistance to outside sales representatives and sales managersto support sales activities, includingdesign and equipment selection.
- Conduct technical and product training to both sales and engineering groups/
- Develop custom systems for customers and defined by requirementsand application, analyzing all facets to ensure the proper design and equipment.
- Develop quotes for both standard and semi-custom HVAC systems.
- Communicate directly with customers, engineers, production and sales staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree inMechanical Engineeringstrongly preferred
- 2+years experiencein the HVAC industry, specifically utilizing selection software
- AutoCAD experience a plus
- Background in technical inside sales/support
