Your Career

We collaborate to build software that does not just work, but also solves real problems. Some of our most impactful projects started off with an engineer asking “why” and working with mentors and peers to create value. You will join a Research and Development (R&D) team that will give you the opportunity to make a global impact. One that protects our way of life in the digital age by preventing successful cyber attacks. A team looking for engineers who are passionate about technology, have an interest in cybersecurity, and also want to make a positive difference in the world that we live in. The projects our engineers are assigned will give real hands-on experience working on our products from our Strata, Prisma and Cortex organizations.

Our Internship Program from May-August or June-September provides you:

  • 1:1 mentorship
  • Fun and engaging events that inspire your intellectual curiosity
  • Opportunities to expand your knowledge and work on challenging projects
  • Connections to other interns, recent grads, and employees across the company as well as our leaders

Your Impact

  • Apply user-centered design approaches, including storyboarding, journey mapping, personas and etc, 

  • Work with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, QAs, and writers, to translate business requirements into use cases, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Collaborate with UX researchers on explorative and evaluative studies to ensure that product experience is aligned with business objectives.

  • Contribute to our design system, maintain high quality UX standards

  • Push limits and consistently aim for better design solutions

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

  • Have a strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, empathy for users, and a commitment to advocating for them.

  • Demonstrate an excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail

  • Maintain curiosity about the business aspects of products and use this knowledge to simplify complex needs into refined designs.

  • Exhibit humility and maturity, welcome constructive feedback, and provide it in return.

  • Proficient in using industry-standard design tools, such as Figma.

  • Have knowledge of and experience working with UI teams using modern front-end web technologies.

  • Own a design portfolio showcasing high-quality work

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on your degree or progress toward degree, qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the starting hourly rate is expected to be between $38/hr to $43/hr for the specific role.
