A financial professional services provider is hiring a Product Manager to join their growing team in Houston, Texas. The Product Manager's main responsibility is to serve as a trusted advisor to multiple clients in the consumer services or general business industry. This individual will work partner with clients to understand any challenges or pain points they have identified, assess their needs to identify an opportunity to provide a solution to resolve the client's day to day operations. The Product Manager must stay up to date with industry trends and technologies in order to deliver a solution to the client while working with the internal technology development team to ensure that the product is implemented in a timely manner. The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle and delivery to the client. This individual will work a hybrid schedule and will have occasional travel.

Financial services industry exposure

Experience in back-office accounting and professional services

Experience with project management methodologies
3-8 years of experience as a technical consultant or product development advisor

Experience communicating and tailoring technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and delivered a product from end to end

Excellent communication and networking skills to build strong relationships with clients and identify new customers

Familiar with all product lines - Data, Software as a Service, RPA Packages, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services
