K2 Integrity seeks a dynamic and experienced Technology Product Owner to join our team and help us continue to build and refine our financial crimes compliance platform. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of analytical processes to support data integration, risk detection, customer screening, analyst workflows, and business intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data and financial crimes subject matter experts to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our clients and aligns with our business objectives. Your role will be crucial in driving the strategic vision and execution of the platform roadmap. This role is work from home (United States). Responsibilities: Accountable for feature delivery. Collaborate with engineering, de-constructs business requirements, and ensures resource allocation ensuring smooth agile development streams. Maintains oversight of technical designs to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria. Partners with Project and Business Analysts and Engineering Manager in day-to-day sprint activities. Develops and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlog based on business requirements in collaboration with business and technology management. Oversees the execution of the product roadmap, managing timelines, resources, and risks. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate progress. Act as the main point of contact for solution-related technical inquiries. Supports data-driven decisions, weekly status reports, and monthly/quarterly technology reviews of KPIs. Supports documentation and customer enablement. Supports vendor assessments. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, management information systems, business systems technology or equivalent field of study. At least 5 years dedicated experience working as a product analyst, business analyst or product manager within a financial services or software firm. Strong understanding of financial crimes technology platforms and techniques used for KYC and transaction monitoring and sanctions screening, inclusive of data integration, architecture, APIs, UI/UX, workflow management, reporting, and integration strategies. Knowledge of product management frameworks and best practices. Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand complex technical concepts. Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive product decisions. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment. Experience working on Palantir Foundry or Microsoft Azure environments preferred. CAMS or similar certification preferred.
