Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager - Operating Room to lead a dynamic surgical team in Santa Monica, CA. Under the supervision of the Director of Surgical Services, the Nurse Manager is accountable for managing and coordinating quality patient care in a cost-effective manner while complying with patient care standards and performance metrics. The Nurse Manager supervises operating room clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of professional nursing care for patients in surgical and procedural areas.
This role involves assessing, planning, evaluating, and documenting the nursing process as needed in the assigned unit. The Nurse Manager functions as a resource for staff performance and development while implementing quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization and foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment.

Pay Range: $68.27 - $109.89
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years of progressively responsible nursing management experience in the Operating Room (leadership experience such as Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in an acute care hospital)
Preferred Qualification:
- CNOR and/or CPAN certification upon hire
