Overview of the Role:

Join a resilient team as a Float Pool (Critical Care) RN in Tallahassee, FL, where you will leverage your skills to provide outstanding care across multiple critical care units. As a pivotal member, you'll conduct assessments, manage patient plans autonomously, and act as a central advocate for patient welfare. Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for the privacy and confidentiality of patients and families.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and establish comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Deliver patient-centered healthcare, continuously seeking improvement.
  • Monitor clinical assessments to adapt patient care plans effectively.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Critical Care RN experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida or eligibility to obtain before start date.
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred, with expectation to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • BSN preferred.

  • Competitive pay rate of $43 per hour with generous sign-on bonus of $25,000 for night shifts.
