Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7 years of tool and die experience
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
Warehouse Production Supervisor Job Description
Supervises the analysis of specifications to visualize products and oversees the planning, layout, assembly operations, and machining processes. Reviews tool designs, verifies part conformance, estimates costs, and plans operations to meet goals. Approves purchase orders, develops and mentors staff, and manages the tool and die design group. Conducts performance evaluations, recommends salary adjustments, and takes disciplinary actions as needed. Ensures consistent application of policies, collaborates with vendors and machine shops, stays updated on trends and technologies, and interacts with production and engineering teams. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Expected to work 1st shift hours with flexibility on start time
Pay: $90/hr. (plus Bonus Plan)
