Then you might be a great fit for [insert manager role] with DaVita.Here's what you can expect as a National Accounts Manager at DaVita:The Hospital Services National team is looking for a teammate to own the relationship between our national accounts team, and the hospital partners. The teammate in this role will be in a unique position to identify trending needs that exist across our multiple national accounts, and create tools, resources, and processes to close those gaps. This teammate will work with field leaders and hospital leadership, so field experience with relationship management expertise is highly valued.Role Purpose / Scope:Ownership: Support the Senior Director in managing national accounts with hospital partners, conducting regular customer calls, quarterly business reviews, and internal strategy sessions.Customer Experience: Share and build best practices with the field to enhance customer engagement. Collaborate on creation of tools to support account retention and customer experience.Analytics: Review data and analytics to support the clinical, operational, and financial performance of national accounts.Content Management: Create engaging presentations for customer meetings, fostering innovation and collaboration with reporting teams.Legal and Compliance Support: Assist with contract support and manage legal records, collaborating with compliance teams.Collaboration: Work closely with Hospital Services Strategy, Operations, and Business Development teams to refine value propositions and assist in project work.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred (business, natural sciences, or healthcare-related fields). 4-8 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and project management (healthcare experience preferred).Project Management: Proven ability to structure and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders at all levels.Financial Analysis: Competence in understanding financial indicators to identify opportunities for improvement within national accounts.Communications: Excellent presentation skills, with strong oral and written communication capabilities; ability to convey compelling messages to senior leaders and external partners.Advanced Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and related tools.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership and resource management skills in a highly matrixed organization.Here is what you can expect when you join our Village:A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter.Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average.Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential.Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, your financial well-being and your future.Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation.
