BOSA Coastal Italian is seeking a Host.

BOSA Coastal Italian is a restaurant concept inspired by the coastal fishing town of the same namesake, on the island of Sardinia in Italy. This first floor waterfront restaurant features creative cuisine with the freshest local ingredients, focusing on seafood, but paying homage to owner/restaurateur Sal Lupoli by featuring his signature pizza. Classic and modern cocktails draw inspiration from Italy, along with a substantial wine and craft beer menu.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list, as necessary.
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
• Manage reservations.
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
• Provide great customer services.

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress.
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette.
• Experience in managing reservations, excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area.
• Available to work different hours including weekends, days and nights.

Salary Description

$15.00 per hour
