Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Integration Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Systems Integration Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing engineering team supporting the production line requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with SCADA systems, and the ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and systems.

$70-80/h + Benefits
What's the Job?
Work with manufacturing engineers to develop and implement Ignition-based systems to support manufacturing line requirements.
Work with process and manufacturing engineers to develop and implement software programs for automation systems and equipment that are used in the production.
Develop software for engineering tools to support production activities.
Provide on-site support for manufacturing production lines to resolve any manufacturing systems related issues.
Travel between locations will be required. This role is fully onsite (5 days/week).
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience with SCADA systems in manufacturing, especially using Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform
Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with database query programming
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and system integrations
Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Bonus Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering
Automotive manufacturing experience
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and manufacturing system architectures
