Personal Injury Trial Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to handle a dynamic caseload of personal injury and medical malpractice cases in Baltimore, Maryland. Duties

• Manage a caseload primarily focused on personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation matters.
• Conduct all aspects of trial preparation, including evidence review, witness interviews, and legal strategy development.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring effective advocacy and strong trial performance.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on the best course of action to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure timely case management and client updates.

Requirements

• Admission to the Maryland State Bar.
• Demonstrated trial experience with a focus on personal injury and related litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and courtroom advocacy.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Maryland State Bar.
