About the Job

  • You will report to the Senior Manager of Planning and Allocation.

  • Understand brand strategy from leadership to build long range financial plans at the category/class level.

  • Analyze in season cluster business and product performance to allow proper pre-season inventory investments.

  • Build and share a pre-season Category/Sub Class framework for the brand to achieve both financial and strategic goals.

  • Oversee range plan for specific category.

  • Partner with global merch, product development, and supply management along with cluster planning to implement important deliverables.

  • Identify margin and revenue opportunities and risk with the ability to scenario plan.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree; Finance, Operations, Retail Management, or Business Management (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, merchandising, demand forecasting; inventory management, allocation or replenishment; financial planning or consulting experience.

  • Communicate important financial measures, and how they are used in systems/tools.

  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and open to new systems.

  • Understand retail math, merchandising financials and profitability goals.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,000- $120,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
