About the Job
You will report to the Senior Manager of Planning and Allocation.
Understand brand strategy from leadership to build long range financial plans at the category/class level.
Analyze in season cluster business and product performance to allow proper pre-season inventory investments.
Build and share a pre-season Category/Sub Class framework for the brand to achieve both financial and strategic goals.
Oversee range plan for specific category.
Partner with global merch, product development, and supply management along with cluster planning to implement important deliverables.
Identify margin and revenue opportunities and risk with the ability to scenario plan.
About You
Bachelor's Degree; Finance, Operations, Retail Management, or Business Management (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, merchandising, demand forecasting; inventory management, allocation or replenishment; financial planning or consulting experience.
Communicate important financial measures, and how they are used in systems/tools.
Well versed in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and open to new systems.
Understand retail math, merchandising financials and profitability goals.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,000- $120,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
