Ready to make a bold impact? Here's the qualifications\nwe are looking for:

• The associate will be required to work efficiently and\neffectively on all NGRT/Assembly production lines and automation while\nmaintaining high quality standards.

• Other requirements include attention to detail and\naesthetics, filling out hour x hour reports, and working closely with others in\nthe department to ensure quick and timely completion of orders.

• Must learn all NGRT production lines, including\nautomation for skill level increases.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate\nindustrial machinery

Key Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older 
  
• Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing\nproduction processes 
  
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the\nposition with or without a reasonable accommodation 
  
• Ability to follow all safety policies and\nprocedures 
  
• Reliable attendance and work performance 
  
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background\ncheck
