HVAC Mechanic - Full Time

Overview: The Refrigeration Technician provides technical support for all refrigeration problems to assigned retail stores. - - Benefits for Now and Your Future: Weekly Pay Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, Vision Short & Long Term Disability Employee Assistance Program RETIREMENT -100% Company Funded Pension -401K Responsibilities: # Installs/changes compressors and cases in new and/or remodeled stores. # Checks and adjusts refrigerator temperatures and pressures. # Performs mechanical repairs including: washing condensers and cases; welding; HVAC; plumbing; refrigerant leaks; any other store mechanical needs. # Drives service van to necessary locations. # All other duties as assigned by supervisor. - - - Qualifications: # Should possess and maintain a driver's license and good driving record. # Demonstrates use of hand tools, gauges, pressure washer, torch, and meters. # Demonstrates the knowledge gained by 2 to 4 years of commercial refrigeration experience, preferably in the supermarket industry. # Should possess good interpersonal and analytical skills. # Should be able to climb ladders 6-24 feet and maintain balance on a ladder when necessary. # Should be able to lift 60 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. consistently. #LI-CF1 #boost
