We're looking for a passionate and skilled Deployment Engineer who is excited by a dynamic early-stage startup environment where the hardest problems are yet to be solved, is eager to learn and collaborate together and wants to go big to help accomplish our mission. Deployment engineers are responsible for working with Intrinsic's most strategic customers to assist with all technical aspects of our product. We're highly technical and customer-obsessed, taking a solutions-first mindset as we work side by side with our customers to identify new use cases, and continually improve our core product. From scoping out new policies and anti-abuse flows to onboard onto Intrinsic, to shadowing and learning from customers, you'll leverage your technical expertise and relentless curiosity to transform how software gets built, all while shaping the future of our company, and Trust & Safety. This is an in-person position. Our office is located in San Francisco, CA. What you'll be working on Responsible for working with Intrinsic's most strategic customers to assist with all technical aspects of our product Help to own the onboarding of customers with their first integrations and workflows on Intrinsic Be a thought partner to customers to help them build out new use cases Tackle technical opportunities that need solving via code (e.g. a bug, a missing feature, etc.) or partner with our engineering teams to tackle the problem efficiently and fast Be the voice of our largest customers and represent their needs to the rest of the organization Demo Intrinsic and answer questions about how to make the best use of the product to daily users and executives Create technical content to demonstrate best practices (e.g. sample apps, documentation, videos, etc.) Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users Requirements 2 years of industry experience working on backend infrastructure and APIs Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience with server-side web development (i.e. Java/Scala, Python, Golang, NodeJS) Experience building stateless RESTful APIs Familiarity with computer science fundamentals such as data structures, distributed systems, concurrency, and threading Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity What we offer Health care: we offer platinum-level medical, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO, sick leave, and parental leave Up to $100 in reimbursement for personal health & wellness expenses each month Free lunch and dinner 401(k) plan
