Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: https://www.elfbeauty.com/work-with-us Position Summary Under the direction of the International Regulatory Manager, this role will support international regulatory, registration and expansion for all e.l.f. Beauty products, ensuring they meet individual country cosmetic and OTC requirements. e.l.f. Beauty is currently sold in the EU/UK and India; this role will be responsible for supporting those countries, as well as all other countries in our multi-year global expansion plan. This role will support global expansion, by researching and defining global regulatory and registration requirements. This role will also support creating and submitting global product registration dossiers, working with our local partners to ensure that registration is complete in order to support launch timelines. Responsibilities Support product registration for all international countries, including creating global registration dossiers, reviewing, preparing and submitting required documentation/registration samples, tracking registration status and timelines, as well as identifying efficiencies within each process. Collaborate with consultants and distributors to ensure all compliance requirements are met and registration/notifications are completed according to brand timelines for all international product launches. Assist with researching upcoming international formula, product and packaging regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute required actions. Assist with researching and executing reporting requirements for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in current and expanding international countries/regions. Assist with addressing regulatory/registration-related questions from international distributors, retailers and regulators. Monitor new regulations and amendments for current and expansion countries. Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in the cosmetic industry in a Regulatory Affairs role, preferably with international product registration experience. A science or engineering background (BS degree or higher) is required. Understanding of cosmetic/OTC regulatory and registration requirements with an emphasis on color cosmetics and skin care; including ingredient and formula regulatory, artwork review, product notification/registration, review of product claims and packaging requirements. Highly collaborative. Works well individually and in a team environment to achieve results that move the business forward. Must be self-motivated with project management and multi-tasking skills. High attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality of information generated. Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and orally. Comfortable learning and working remotely using web-based databases and submission portals. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and PowerPoint.
