We are searching for an Oracle PPM Product Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is in the Healthcare/NHS industry and will involve providing technical insights on the Oracle ERP system, particularly the PPM module, and ensuring the smooth transition of ERP solutions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and validate business requirements related to contracts, billing, and project management within the Oracle PPM module
• Design and implement effective solutions within the Oracle ERP system, with a focus on modules related to projects, expenditures, and billing
• Develop and document business process workflows tailored to the needs of the organization, ensuring they align with best practices
• Lead the testing phase by creating test plans, scripts, and conducting functional testing to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements
• Manage cutover activities and facilitate change management efforts to support the deployment of ERP solutions
• Offer technical insights on the data structure, integrations, and customizations of the Oracle ERP system, especially in relation to the PPM module and billing processes
• Create detailed documentation and training materials for end-users, fostering a comprehensive understanding of new processes and the Oracle system
• Act as a consultant to business stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices, process improvements, and effective use of the Oracle ERP system, particularly in billing and project management contexts
• Serve as the primary contact for business stream leads/users, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Technologies, Agile Scrum, Oracle, Oracle ERP, Oracle Project Manager, and Contracting to execute job responsibilities• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required, with an emphasis on its application within the healthcare industry.

• Practical knowledge of Cloud Technologies is necessary, with an understanding of its use in managing and storing healthcare data.

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies is crucial, highlighting the ability to work in fast-paced and iterative development environments.

• Expertise in Oracle is expected, specifically in managing and troubleshooting Oracle databases in a healthcare setting.

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP is mandatory, with a focus on its application in healthcare operations and patient services.

• Previous experience as an Oracle Project Manager is required, demonstrating the ability to lead Oracle-related projects within the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in Contracting is necessary, indicating a strong skill set in negotiating and managing contracts within the healthcare sector.
