We are looking for a Senior Strategic Business Consultant to join Element Fleet Management in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you a client-facing advisor with 5+ years of success in the field? Looking for an exciting opportunity in a rapidly evolving, industry-leading company? This position will partner with clients and sales personnel to identify opportunities to drive business growth & profitability and help clients achieve their fleet goals. A Day in the Life

Identify opportunities to improve our clients' fleet performance through in-depth data discovery, and through financial and process analyses. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, determining the appropriate course of action, reporting results, and making meaningful recommendations. Support Commercial sales team by conveying and demonstrating the Element Strategic Advisory value proposition to prospective clients. Perform individual prospect due diligence to identify client needs and help shape Element's client-specific value proposition. Responsible for working with the client to execute upon your recommended courses of action. Identify and articulate best practices within an industry. Qualifications

Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting Concentration preferred). Minimum of 5 years business experience in a similar role. Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving. Experience with and ability to interpret financial models. Microsoft Excel proficiency. Knowledge & Competencies

Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a consultative approach. Ability to design and deliver presentations to clients, interact with clients in person and over the phone, including the ability to interact with "C-Level" audience in a client or prospect organization. Thoroughness, persistence, and a desire to get to the root-cause of problems. Willingness to travel occasionally. Availability after hours and weekends, on occasion. Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this position is $94,240 - $129,580 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. What's in it for You
