Senior Planned Giving Coordinator The Senior Planned Giving Coordinator performs a wide variety of professional, administrative and staff support tasks for the members of the Planned Giving team. The Senior Coordinator will manage higher level life income gift program tasks including overseeing the payment process with General Accounting and overseeing the termination process when a donor passes. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as primary liaison with PG Calc, which is a third party vendor. Provides general office support for the Planned Giving team, coordinates travel and tracks expenses, acts as office liaison and work-study supervisor.

Responsibilities: Assist with Planned Gift Administration, including processing life income gifts, processing planned gift income, administering planned gift payments, maintaining GiftWrap database. Generate monthly performance reports for VP review and work with Business Intelligence to revise current reporting procedures. Collaborate with the frontline fundraisers to prepare prospect research reports in advance of planned giving consultation meetings. Perform general office support duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining appointments and calendars, arranging travel, ordering supplies, tracking expenses, screening and directing phone calls and processing university paperwork. Attend office meetings with and/or in place of Planned Giving officers. Manage quarterly cross collaboration meetings between Planned Giving, SDR, General Counsel, Financial Affairs, General Accounting, and Treasury. Provide preliminary prospect and giving research, including general work with Internet browsing tools. Establish and maintain office, filing and computer systems for prospect files and donor giving figures, contact reports, and BBEC tracking updates. Assist with the development, execution and follow up of events. This includes direct prospect and donor contact. Also assist with Planned Giving marketing and stewardship projects. Assist in the training and supervision of work-study students, and provide ad-hoc coverage of the front desk.

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree One to three years of related work experience Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required Ability to multitask and prioritize the workload Must be able to handle confidential material responsibly and interact professionally with a wide spectrum of individuals
