As an ER RN, you'll play a critical role in providing rapid assessment and intervention for patients experiencing acute medical emergencies, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care. Position: RN Emergency Room - Full-time Location: Fort Mohave, AZ 86426 Shift: 12-hour nights Salary: 72,000.00 - $94,000.00 Bonus Details: Qualified candidates who commit to a three-year employment agreement will receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Relocation Package: We offer a comprehensive relocation package to assist with the costs of moving to Fort Mohave, AZ. Resp onsibilities: Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patients' vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to healthcare team Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and self-management techniques Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Requirements: Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona Minimum of one year of experience in an emergency room setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations Bachelor's degree preferred.
