The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of patent prosecution experience, a technical background in fields such as Bioinformatics or Computer Science, and the ability to manage client relationships while driving patent applications forward. This position is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a growing practice area. Duties:

Interface with clients and inventors throughout all stages of the patent process. Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications both domestically and internationally. Conduct freedom-to-operate, patentability, and infringement analyses. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on patent strategy and portfolio management. Assist in additional responsibilities and projects as needed. Support in the advancement of patent strategy, leveraging both technical and legal expertise. Requirements:

3-8 years of experience in patent prosecution, particularly in Electrical & Computer Technologies. Advanced technical degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of machine learning, molecular biology, and sequencing technology. Familiarity with gene editing, immunology, microscopy, and systems biology is a plus. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Education:
