Director, Strategy Execution

2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America The Director, Strategy Execution (The DaVita Office of the Mayor) will be instrumental in ensuring DaVita delivers on our aggressive multi-year strategy to transform Kidney Care. This leader will work closely with a small team to drive enterprise accountability and cross-functional collaboration. The role will require working closely with business leaders, corporate finance, and corporate strategy to ensure that DaVita delivers on its strategic plan. The Office of the Mayor has broad responsibilities, all with the goal of helping the Village realize its full potential. These responsibilities include: Ensuring agile capital and resource allocation to maximize our enterprise clinical, financial and strategic value Developing and monitoring multi-year plans in partnership with business and finance teams for our top ~20 strategic portfolios, tracking progress to metrics and budget, and developing a perspective of our overall trajectory Proactively identifying key bottlenecks, dependencies or conflicts and working to address them Supporting the review of prior investments to determine how/if the value was realized and lessons learned to inform future investments Ensuring connectivity across the Village About you: Highly collaborative, team player Demonstrated project management experience Ability to structure and organize complex issues Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to deal with ambiguity and create process, structure and new operating models Strong analytical background, with comfort in synthesizing large amounts of data and information Ability to present comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and operate effectively with a small team Takes accountability for results and motivates, coaches and develops members of the team Qualifications: Experience working in large-scale business transformation teams with tangible impact on operating/financial performance 5+ years of total work experience in progressive roles Preference for candidates with a background in healthcare DaVita is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The role can be remote, but a remote candidate must be willing to travel to Denver (likely every other month). $121,200.00-$177,900.00 / year Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
