We are looking for an experienced leader to direct our Manufacturing/Process Technology team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, working closely with technical teams and senior management to set the strategic direction. Your role will be crucial in bringing innovative technologies to life in our next-generation battery production facilities worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As the overall leader of U.S. manufacturing, coordinate resources to ensure the stability of process quality and the smoothness of operations. Responsible for building the U.S. local team, including recruiting personnel and conducting performance evaluations. Responsible for establishing a quality control system for U.S. manufacturing to ensure the quality of the manufacturing process is under control. Oversee and develop the business processes involved in U.S. manufacturing. Accountable for the delivery capacity of U.S. manufacturing, driving both internal and external efforts to establish appropriate production capacity. Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Supply chain experience with OEM background. Extensive background in the manufacturing of electronic products, with an understanding of the latest industry trends, technological developments, and market changes. Familiarity with and mastery of the manufacturing technologies and processes for electronic products, including but not limited to production processes, equipment operation, and quality management. Rich experience in leading teams, with the ability to organize the team, set clear objectives, and motivate team members to work towards achieving those goals. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and government bodies. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly assess manufacturing situations and make correct decisions or coordinate resources to swiftly analyze and resolve issues. A solid understanding of compliance requirements for U.S. production, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in U.S. manufacturing. Mandarin proficiency and experience in manufacturing are preferred.
