Key Responsibilities

Provide mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
Lead the creative development process from ideation to execution, refining ideas to elevate projects to their full potential.
Collaborate effectively with producers, strategists, writers, and directors to align on project goals.
Offer precise guidance throughout production stages, from conceptualization to post-production.
Assist in creating detailed creative guides for shoots, including elements like styling, locations, and visual concepts.
Occasionally oversee photo and video shoots to ensure the creative vision is realized.
Monitor cultural and social trends, bringing fresh insights to inform and enhance creative campaigns.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in art direction or design within a creative or advertising agency.
A strong passion for creating standout work tailored for social platforms.
Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
An exceptional portfolio showcasing diverse design and art direction capabilities.
Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their specific creative requirements.
Experience working across industries, including entertainment and traditional brands.
Strong conceptual skills and the ability to develop multiple ideas in a collaborative environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, paired with a proactive, energetic work ethic.
A commitment to professional growth and a collaborative approach to team success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both for internal collaboration and client-facing projects.
