Duties
Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials across Southern California. Handle discovery, motions practice, and settlement negotiations. Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and manage cases effectively. Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines and court orders. Provide exceptional client service and communication throughout the litigation process. Participate in legal research, analysis, and preparation of legal briefs. Requirements
1+ years of litigation experience, including trial preparation and court appearances. Ability to independently manage a full caseload of diverse cases. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and integrity. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced environment. High ethical standards and commitment to professionalism. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California (California Bar Admission). Skills
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Proficient in drafting and editing legal documents, including pleadings and motions. Effective oral communication skills for depositions, hearings, and client meetings. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Marina del Rey, CA.
