Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience recruiting for exempt-level positions. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Work Environment and Physical Activities This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured under our company's insurance policy.
