Job Description An employer is seeking Technical Recruiter for a direct hire opportunity in India. As a Technical Recruiter, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts for technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent in the technology sector. This role combines strategy and hands-on recruiting expertise to drive the success of our recruitment team and meet the company's staffing needs. Essential Functions: Recruitment: Full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines to identify and attract top technical candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies to ensure alignment and collaboration. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance our employer brand and attract talent. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and feedback. Skills and Requirements 5 years of IT Infrastructure recruiting experience Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies in IT Infrastructure like Networking / Security / Servers / Storage / Compute / Cloud / DevOps / Development platforms Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Sourcing and Recruitment Platforms - Search for potential candidates, access extensive databases of resumes and profiles, and engage with passive candidates.
