Our nationally recognized patent litigation team represents both patent holders and alleged infringers in federal courts throughout the United States, as well as in the Patent Office on post-grant proceedings. Job Description: We are seeking junior and mid-level associates to join our high-tech and life sciences patent litigation practices in our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. offices. The ideal candidates will have between one and six years of patent litigation experience. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. While degrees or industry experience in high-tech or life sciences are preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with diverse academic and professional backgrounds.
