This role serves as subject matter expert and supports Licensure Supervisor in maintaining and overseeing onsite work. Assists with escalated issue resolution and provides guidance to business partners and department personnel regarding interpretation of clinical licensure policies, procedures, and guidelines. If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: May serve as escalated level of support for unresolved issues/complaints Responds to inquiries involving a variety of clinical licensure issues across all license specialties May perform troubleshooting and analysis on issues that are unable to be resolved by the department’s license coordinators Assesses the nature and impact of licensure issues Collaborates with department personnel and business partner leadership to resolve questions/issues as needed Act as support to Licensure Supervisor in maintaining and overseeing work that is onsite Demonstrates great depth of knowledge/skills in own function Sometimes acts as a technical resource to others in own function Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests Solves moderately complex problems on own Works with team to solve complex problems Plans, prioritizes, organizes, and completes work to meet established objectives May coordinate work of other team members May coordinate others' activities You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 1 years of experience in current role on Individual Licensing team 1 years of experience as a licensure coordinator Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems Ability to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN during normal business hours Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree (or higher) in business administration or related field Desire and proven ability to learn new skills, systems, and processes All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
