Job Summary: Dealership located inside the Atlanta perimeter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the dealership's social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Atlanta, Georgia within the auto industry. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement. - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Google My Business and LinkedIn. - Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics & Social Media performance and provide weekly and monthly reports to the marketing team. - Manage social media advertising budget to target and acquire potential customers. - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and collaborate on social media campaigns. - Engage with customers and respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously evolve the dealership's social media strategy. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the auto industry. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in social media analytics and reporting. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. - Ability to travel. This position will require content for 2 locations.
