Work Schedule: Onsite: Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:30p Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in improving manufacturing processes and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Responsibilities: Drive projects focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and document operational procedures and production standards. Conduct cycle time analysis, optimize cell design and layout, and improve material flow. Implement standard work practices and support manufacturing processes, including welding and fixturing. Recommend and coordinate equipment upgrades and facility changes. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 2 years of experience in manufacturing support and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). Nice to Have: Experience in supply chain planning. Exposure to welding processes and fixturing. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Familiarity with SAP systems. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
