MDM Systems Engineer

Job Description Compensation: $50/hr to 60/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Summary: A Fortune 500 client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Systems Engineer who will assist in managing their fleet of Android and iPadOS devices using Workspace One UEM and other MDM platforms. Responsibilities include: Configure and deploy profiles, apps, scripts, and software updates to Android and iPadOS devices using the Workspace One platform Build, update, and support automated enrollment workflows for Android and iPadOS devices Ensure mobile devices are configured and managed in compliance with established security policies. Provide advanced troubleshooting support for mobile device-related issues. Collaborate with IT support teams to identify and resolve technical challenges in the deployment and management of Android and iPadOS devices. Skills and Requirements 4+ yrs experience deploying Android and iPadOS devices at enterprise scale 3+ yrs experience utilizing Workspace One to manage mobile devices Deep understanding of MDM concepts for both Android and iPadOS - looking specifically for Android experience Exhibit familiarity with mobile app deployment concepts and tools, including experience with custom applications.
