Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Equity Swaps experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in equity swaps, synthetic prime products, and derivatives platforms, ensuring a seamless trade lifecycle process. This role requires strong documentation and analytical skills, coupled with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements. The candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Test Cases.

• Collaborate within Agile teams to manage product development and implementation.

• Provide in-depth knowledge of swap products, including Total Return Swaps (TRS), Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and Synthetic Prime Business.

• Manage the lifecycle of equity swaps, ensuring smooth operations across Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations.

• Engage in product implementation and integration activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements from agencies like CFTC and SEC.

• Analyze trade flows and develop strategies to streamline processes end-to-end.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for software and technology solutions.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

• Simplify complex concepts and present findings to business stakeholders clearly.

• Resolve conflicts between user requirements and support the rollout of solutions.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of swap products - Total Return Swaps (TRS), Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and Synthetic Prime Business.

• Experience working with equity swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime or similar.

• Thorough understanding of the swaps trading lifecycle and trade flow end-to-end.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CFTC, SEC).

• Hands-on experience with derivatives platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Summit, Fidessa).

• Strong documentation skills (BRD, SRS, Test Cases).

• Experience in product implementation and integration.

• Analytical problem-solving skills and expertise in gathering business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business and finance knowledge is desirable.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
