Reservations Assistant Manager

Provide support for Reservations Manager and Reservations staff by monitoring the daily operations, systems and programs in the Resort Services Department; maximizing occupancy, revenue and profit goals, and guest service.

Essential Functions:

• Train, schedule, monitor/ shop sales techniques of Resort Service (Reservations) Specialists, and provide feedback and open communication to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality scores
• Complete call shops and audit previous day's bookings
• Assist with guest service issues, both internal and external
• Support reservations calls as needed (20+%)
• Support agents and supervisors with questions regarding systems and guests
• Oversee and ensure high levels of customer service from agents, dining, billing, PBX, and Buddy Golf Supervisors and Coordinators, including regular one-on-one meetings.
