Commissioning Intern

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position available for a limited-term, full-time intern in our Commissioning Engineering Department starting in May/June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025. This opportunity is available at our Denver CO, Madison WI, or Wauwatosa WI office.

Responsibilities will include assisting Commissioning staff with onsite functional testing, preparing commissioning documentation and analysis of time series building automation data.

Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, environmental engineering, or related field.

The ideal candidate will possess any/all the following:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
• Experience with programming languages (C++ or Python)
• Introductory knowledge of building mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $18.00 to $25.00 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
