On-call may be required. - Will not work alone; will always be on the unit with other healthcare professionals. - May float to MedSurg as needed. - Provide care in a 20-bed step-down unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1. - Adhere to a navy blue dress code. - Participate in a day of onboarding with an Educator, followed by two days of on-the-unit training with an RN. - Orientation sessions are held every other week. Note: Guaranteed hours do not apply during the orientation period.
