Job Description A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a logistics specialist to join their team. This team is working in a medical warehouse environment supporting a large government agency. This person will be responsible for keeping up with medical inventory- insuring inventory is not expired or damaged in any way and or removing expired or damaged material. This person could travel up to 50% of the time (100% reimbursable) to various locations in the U.S.A to track and replace inventory. This person will be expected to communicate with state officials, hospital leadership, and other high-level individuals so this team is looking for someone who is professional and sharp. Skills and Requirements · #1 must have: 4 years and a bach OR no degree and 10 years of Supply Chain/Logistics Exp. (not flex on years) · Must be able to travel 20% of the time to various locations nationwide (M-F) · Strong understanding of ERP systems/ Supply Chain Systems Need to be able to process transactions, ship inventory, audit inventory, etc. · Strong excel experience Data entry experience Ability to manipulate huge data sets & run pivot tables · Ability to obtain a security clearance and rehire-able at all previous jobs · Computer aptitude- basic Microsoft applications & ability to pick up technology quickly · Professional Appearance/sharp candidate · Industry: Military, Hospital, Pharmaceuticals · Biomedical logistics · Experience creating PO null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
