Network Engineer

Cedar Park Group is looking for Network Engineers for immeediate openings.

Duration: 12 months +, full-time (7.5 billable hours/day, M-F)

Pay Rate: $45.00-$48.00 an hour

Must be Legally Authorized to Work in the US

The role is set to begin quickly and set up a team of onsite consultants at various NY-area locations who can assist the client's Operational Technology (OT) groups in supporting new and ongoing cybersecurity projects.

Requirements:

• Must have an Associates, Bachelors, Masters and/or PHD
• 2+ years of experience

• Understanding of Network Concepts (e.g. Subnetting, Protocols, OSI model, etc.).
• Experience in Implementing/Managing/Troubleshooting Network Infrastructure (e.g. Routers, Switches, etc.).
• Understanding of Tools/Strategies to implement Network Security (e.g. CISCO ISE, AAA Framework, etc.).

Experience with the following:

• BGP, OSPF and Switching (Cisco)
• Network Segmentation and Isolation
• Cisco ISE/Stealthwatch
• Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA)
• DWDM and SONET

• Virtualization and Infrastructure (VMware, Virtual Switches)
• Vulnerability and Patch Management
• Containment/Protection Tools for OT Environments (Forescout)
• Data Analysis
• Nozomi maintenance and management
• Gigamon maintenance and management experience

Nice to have experience with the following:

• Physical Access Control Systems
• Video Management Systems
• Endpoint Credential Management
• Privileged Access Management
• Threat Detection and Vulnerability Assessment
• TDI administration and management
