Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and timelines. Track progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and proactively manage potential project roadblocks.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources across projects, managing project schedules and ensuring efficient utilization of team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, action items, and project artifacts.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and team productivity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Hands-on experience in software development or IT project management is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders, lead meetings, and report on project progress.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in or technology, eCommerce.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
