Job Summary:
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a high performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. In this role you will analyse complex business problems to be solved with re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Job Responsibilities:
Works closely with client Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs to determine the best technology solution
Provide analysis and deep insights to business needs and challenge and enable the best fit and technology solution
Deep understanding of interaction, dependencies and alignment of different corporate initiatives, business unit, and IT strategies
rchitect and design business processes and systems solutions in support of business objectives
Deep expertise in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Inbound logistics, Costing, Supplier invoicing, etc. and Supplier Collaboration, e.g., forecast, inventory, PO management, Costing, Capacity availability, Constraints, etc.
bility to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement

  • Collaborate with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, etc.) to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities
  • ble to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and its impact to Lam Operations
  • bility to understand business functionality and translate into business use cases
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
    • Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
    • Design (Blueprint and Spec)
    • Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
    • Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
    • Training/Documentation
    • Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
    • Run (Post mortem, Hypercare)

  • Demonstrated cross functional team leadership experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, Operations or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years overall SAP experience with 8+ years of experience in ECC (MM, )
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms
  • Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion
  • Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • bility to work independently or with limited direction

dditional Qualifications:
Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform
Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus
