We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data governance, data analysis, and proficiency in data management tools to join our team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy while supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role, with a solid understanding of SQL, Python, and SAP. While experience in the logistics domain is preferred, it is not mandatory. This position requires an individual who can handle moderately complex data-related challenges and contribute to business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data governance practices, including validation, cleansing, and documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs to support business goals.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards, utilizing SQL and Python to extract and manipulate data.
• Analyze business performance metrics, including supply chain metrics, logistics data, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize data processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with business requirements.
• Support the implementation of data management and governance strategies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis that help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow from source to analysis.
• Actively participate in improving data quality and reporting processes through collaboration with various teams.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Solid experience in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
• Experience with SAP systems, particularly in relation to data extraction and reporting.
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Ability to perform data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality data.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or operational data is preferred but not required.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with knowledge of data governance, reporting, and analysis techniques.
• Experience in a logistics or supply chain environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information: Need quick joiners within 30 days.
Interview Process:

  • Check the Interview requests raised by Manager in the tool and respond (Accept/Decline) within 2 hours.
  • Post Interview Acceptance in the tool, use the attached Interview Schedule template, fill the required details, paste the Teams Invite link and share it with Manager (CC) ACLD Distributor.
  • Nominate a Supplier SPOC to coordinate the interview to ensure the resource joins the link 5mins before the start of the call.
  • Request for Interview feedback in the same email. (NOTE: Before requesting Interview feedback through email, double check if Manager has already provided interview feedback in the tool.)
  • Post Feedback conclude the email conversation with Manager and work with ACLD team for further process.
