Should have solid validation lead experience working forpharmaceutical companies as Val lead/SME.? Should have Validation Lead and LIMS advisory experience to guidethe entire program/project teams.? Should have great communication and coordination skillsbetween internal team and customers across shores.? Should have great stakeholder management skills in a matrixorganization.? Should have good track record in managing teams to successfulproject delivery.? Should have good understanding and experience on execution andmanaging GxP projects and deliverables.? Should have solid experience in creating/executing best practices,guidelines, checklist GxP projects execution.? Worked in Life Sciences vertical both GxP and non GxP space.? Familiar with Life science business process flow.? SME Experience in systems like Labvantage LIMS(Must), MES, etc
